ProspectBD is a fractional Business Development partner for B2B and service-based companies. We build outbound campaigns, manage inboxes, and book qualified meetings. We're growing our remote team of VAs, researchers, and BD support specialists.

What you'll work on
- Researching and qualifying B2B prospects
- Managing outreach inboxes and replies
- Coordinating meeting schedules with clients
- Keeping campaign sheets and dashboards updated

We work with B2B clients across agencies, research firms, professional services, and other service-based businesses. To support them, we build a flexible remote team that can plug into different campaigns.
Lead Generation VA
Research companies and decision-makers, qualify fit based on our ideal client profiles, and keep prospect lists clean and updated.
Inbox Manager / Appointment Setter
Monitor campaign inboxes, tag and respond to replies using templates, qualify interest, and coordinate meeting times with clients.
Campaign Coordinator
Help set up and monitor campaigns end-to-end: lists, sending, reply tracking, reporting in sheets, and coordination with our BD lead.
Data Research VA
Deep-dive into specific industries or accounts, find missing data points, and support more strategic BD research tasks.
LinkedIn Outreach Support
Assist in managing LinkedIn outreach under clear guidelines, including light personalization, connection requests, and follow-ups.
Freelance SDR / BD Support
For more experienced candidates: support higher-level BD work, assist with messaging, and help manage more complex outbound efforts.

Who tends to be a good fit
You don’t need to have worked in “Business Development” before, but you should be comfortable with structured work, English communication, and using basic online tools.
- Stable internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, basic CRMs, and online tools
- Good written English (for email and message templates)
- Can follow SOPs and update trackers consistently
- Open to feedback and improving over time
- Can commit to agreed hours and timelines
Nice-to-have experience
- Past work in lead generation, appointment setting, or virtual assistance
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar
- Background supporting agencies, consulting firms, or B2B businesses
- Comfortable working with numbers and simple reports
